MY Automation HUB

MYS offers to its clients software that builds the connection between non-connected systems - ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 LS Central and N number of Interactive systems designed specifically for the hotel industry. The systems which the ERP solution can communicate with are: interactive TV system, Telephone system, Remote control and card system.

The ERP system comprehensively stores and processes all information pertaining to hotel guests The interactive systems, on the other hand, serve as the visual representation of specific, individualized details on the television in the room, phone commands, call charges within the room, and the accurate configuration and control of access cards. The software features defined commands divided into different functional windows that will display the required information before it is sent from the one system to the other.

To facilitate smooth data exchange between these systems, we have developed a universal protocol known as FIAS (Flexible Interface Adaptation Specification). FIAS allows the systems to communicate effectively by defining specific data records using a comprehensive list of available record types and fields. This ensures that the desired functionality is fully supported within the interface.

By leveraging predefined definitions, the interface intelligently transfers data and logic between the individual systems. The ERP solution will then be able to provide the vendor with the relevant information for each action.

Standard functionalities:

Guest Data: Includes the process of transferring and verifying the following data between systems:

  • Guest Check-in

  • Guest Check-out

  • Modification of Guest Data

These records are used for the transfer of data related to guests: all necessary information for entering or updating guest data will be included in these records. The records may contain information in the same fields, but the type of record determines the subsequent action to be taken.
Extended Guest Information: Involves the process of transferring and verifying the following data between the two systems:

  • Text messages/requests/details/deletion of messages/bills/balance/remote guest departure – also used for creating communication messages to the ERP system.

These types of records provide a mechanism for requesting and transmitting guest-specific information with an extended nature.
Room Data: Includes the process of transferring and verifying the following data between the two systems:
-Status of devices in the room
Records for the status of devices in the room are used to control each device in it (e.g., Television, Phone). These records are configured in the ERP system and visualized on the screen of the device in the room.
Card Devices: Involves the process of transferring and verifying the following data between the two systems:
-Request/response/change of data/key reading
Records with a key request are used to execute various requests to the key system. Different types of keys (e.g., new key or key duplication) are defined in different fields in the records.
