The Best of 2025
This year gave us plenty of reasons to pause and take a moment to reflect on what we have been building at MY Synergy.
It has been a year of growth, recognition, learning, and meaningful connections, and we’re grateful for every step of the journey.
We celebrated 6 years of MY Synergy - six years of growth, hands-on work, and a vision that keeps us moving forward. Six years of building products, teams, and trust, and this one felt especially important.
Every step so far has been shaped by the people behind it. Along the way, our team grew with 6 new colleagues across IT, Dev, and Sales - new skills, new perspectives, and more energy to move forward together.
This day-to-day work across the team also led, for another year in a row, to our recognition as a Microsoft Solution Partner, with designations in Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation, and Infrastructure. It also reflects our position as the first company in Central and Eastern Europe to be included in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare from day one. These designations reflect the level of technical expertise across the team and how we approach building and delivering solutions.
We were also placed 2nd in the Healthcare category at the Forbes Business Awards 2025, which is not only an award moment, but also a recognition of the real impact of our work in digital health and the relevance of the challenges we focus on solving.
The most defining milestone of the year was the launch of MY Synergy UK. Entering the UK market marked a new phase for us, as our health-tech expertise was acknowledged beyond our home base and we began building a presence in one of the most established healthcare environments.
We are already counting down to the very beginning of next year, when we’ll be sharing something very significant.
Let’s just say… new horizons, new partnerships, and a region known for bold vision and transformation.

Throughout the year, we focused on practical insights from our day-to-day work, touching on AI value in healthcare, pharma and medical education, adoption strategies, integration, digital transformation and the evolving partnership between humans and AI agents.

Month by month, we met inspiring people, exchanged ideas, and stayed close to the ecosystem around us. We joined industry, healthcare, technology, and community events where conversations mattered - from digital health and AI to education, leadership, and innovation. These meetings weren’t just about presence, but about listening, learning, and sharing experience with partners, organizations, and peers who shape the space we work in – at home and around the world!
