MY Synergy Expands to the UK

MY Synergy officially announces its entry into the UK market with the launch of its innovative development, the MacKumbi Care Management System (MCMS).

MCMS is an intelligent and fully integrated digital platform developed by the MY Synergy team in Bulgaria, with the mission of transforming care for individuals with physical and cognitive conditions in a secure environment. The platform supports the work of healthcare providers – institutions, organizations, and professionals – by unifying clinical and operational data into a comprehensive ecosystem that optimizes care processes and enhances efficiency.

“Entering the UK market is a key strategic step for MY Synergy,” shared Yordan Iliev, co-founder and CEO of the company. “Our technological solution enables institutions and service providers to shift from a reactive to a proactive care model, placing the individual at the center and optimizing processes for better outcomes.”

The platform offers a centralized solution accessible from any device. It includes automated care plans updated in real time, automation of daily reporting and administrative tasks, alerts for incidents and omissions, and dynamic performance indicators. The solution is fully GDPR-compliant, ensuring a high level of information security.

MCMS is already generating strong interest among social and healthcare providers in Europe, especially in the UK, thanks to its ability to improve care quality, reduce administrative burden, and enhance outcomes for all stakeholders in the system.

The solution is also particularly suitable for Bulgaria, where the healthcare and social systems face numerous challenges – an aging population, staff shortages, chronic illnesses, limited resources, and poor organization. In this context, MCMS can assist and ease the work of social care organizations by providing transparency, accountability, and exceptional efficiency in care delivery. The introduction of proactive and digitally managed services has the potential to enhance the quality of care, optimize costs and resources, and establish a sustainable and modern system centered on citizens’ needs.
